01/ Nature of Touch

The intimate and specialized touch techniques used at Senaya are not sexual in nature. The purpose of the treatments is to support connection with yourself, physical and emotional relaxation, and the experience of conscious presence.

The massage studio does not provide sexual services, and requests or suggestions of this nature are not acceptable.

02/ Boundaries and Behavior

Touching therapists without permission, crossing boundaries, or any inappropriate or intrusive behavior is strictly prohibited. Any such incident will result in:

immediate termination of the treatment,
without refund of the booking fee,
and may involve legal action if necessary.

At Senaya, mutual respect is not optional—it is a fundamental requirement.

03/ Condition and Age

We are unable to receive guests under the influence of alcohol or any mind-altering substances. The massage studio's services are available to individuals aged 18 and over.

04/ Communication and Presence

We expect respectful, calm, and cooperative communication from our guests. The Senaya space is about attentive presence, not expectations or role-playing. The safety and harmony of the space is our shared responsibility.

05/ Booking

Treatments and massages require advance booking, at least 24 hours before arrival. We are unable to receive guests without prior registration.

In case of cancellation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

We accept notifications via WhatsApp, phone, or email so we can inform our therapists in time.

Is this tantra or erotic massage?

No. Senaya treatments are not tantra or erotic massages. The treatments are based on intimate, sensation-based, and energetic techniques designed to support physical and emotional relaxation, deepening presence, and connection with yourself. The studio does not provide sexual or erotic services. If you are specifically looking for erotic massage, Senaya is not the right choice.

How is Senaya different from a traditional massage?

The Senaya experience is not just about muscle relaxation. The focus is on: - attention - presence - sensation - safe, boundary-respecting touch The treatments are slower, more intuitive, and support a deeper state of relaxation.

Am I safe during the treatment?

Yes. One of Senaya's most important principles is a safe, respectful space. All touch is based on mutual consent. The therapists' boundaries always take priority. We have zero tolerance for disrespectful or boundary-crossing behavior.

Can I request extra or different services?

No. Treatments are available exclusively in the form indicated on the website. We are unable to fulfill erotic or sexual requests.

Can I get the therapist's contact information?

No. To protect therapist–guest boundaries, we do not provide personal contact information.

Are trained professionals working at the studio?

Yes. Therapists are carefully selected and trained through our own high-standard training system. We ensure continuous professional development and internal quality control. The goal: every guest receives a consistently high-quality experience.

Can I arrive without registration?

No. We work exclusively by advance booking. Minimum booking time: → at least 24 hours before arrival Recommended: → 2–3 days in advance → during peak periods, up to 1–2 weeks

When should I arrive for the treatment?

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early. This helps you attune to the experience and ensures the treatment can begin in a calm environment. In case of delay, we are unable to extend the treatment time.

What happens if I need to cancel my appointment?

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This helps us respect the therapists' time and energy.

When do I need to pay?

The treatment fee must be settled upon arrival, before the ritual begins.

What payment methods are available?

Currently, only cash payment is available. Bank card and transfer payment options will be available soon.
