These Terms and Conditions regulate:

- the online appointment booking process
- the basic rules for using the services
- liability issues
By using the website and/or booking an appointment, the User accepts these terms.
3. Nature of the Service
The services provided by Senaya are professional wellness and massage treatments that:
- do not qualify as healthcare services
- do not replace medical diagnosis or treatment
- do not include erotic or sexual services
The treatments aim to promote relaxation, physical and mental rejuvenation, and general well-being.
Requests for erotic services may result in immediate service termination and banishment.
4. Appointment Booking – SimplyBook System
Online appointment booking takes place on the https://senaya.simplybook.it/ platform.
The booking system provider is: SimplyBook.me Ltd.
During booking, the following data will be requested:
- name
- email address
- phone number
By submitting the booking, the User:
- declares that the provided data is true
- accepts these Terms and Conditions
- acknowledges the provisions of the Privacy Policy
The SimplyBook system has its own data management policy, which is available on the booking interface.
5. Cancellation and Modification Terms
Appointments can be cancelled or modified as specified in the booking confirmation.
If the User:
- does not appear at the booked appointment
- or cancels the appointment late
the Operator reserves the right to request a deposit for future bookings.
The exact cancellation rules are defined in the current booking system.
6. Payment
Payment can be made:
- on-site
- or online
Prices are in Euro and include VAT.
The Operator reserves the right to change prices.
7. Health Responsibility
The User is obliged to inform the service provider of any health conditions that may be relevant to the treatment.
The Operator is not liable for:
- undisclosed health problems
- contraindications to the treatment
- consequences arising from the failure to seek medical treatment
8. Website Usage
The website contains:
- text content
- images
- graphic elements
- logos
which are the intellectual property of Senaya Group Kft.
Unauthorized copying, use, or distribution thereof will result in legal consequences.
9. External Service Providers
Partners involved in the operation of the website:

- SimplyBook.me (appointment booking)
- Google Analytics (visitor statistics)
- Google Search Console
These service providers have their own data management policies.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Operator is not responsible for:
